Our Story

Finders Keepers first opened its doors in Pocatello in 1998.  Our original store fronted Jefferson St. and soon became one of the most popular antique stores in the region.

Within a short time we outgrew this location, and in 2003 we moved to a much larger storefront at our present location of 120 N. 2nd Avenue in downtown Pocatello, Idaho.

In late November of 2009, again due to unprecedented growth, we expanded into the old Soda Fountain which fronts Center Street and is connected to our 2nd Avenue store.  With this expansion we doubled our retail space, and consequently, went out and doubled our inventory to fill our massive 8,000 square foot store!  We now stock more dining room sets, bedroom furniture, and household furnishings than any other antique store in Pocatello.

Recognizing that everybody loves a great deal, we opened Clearance Cove, our 750 square foot clearance showroom in early 2010.  Clearance Cove is in the basement of the old Soda Fountain, and features incredible antique and vintage merchandise with prices slashed up to 50% off.

Our present focus on growth has been to build “theme rooms” within the store.  Our first full-fledged theme room, The Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe, is a year-round Christmas store nestled into a ginger bread cottage built inside our store.  In the works are an Enchanted Garden, Hall of Mirrors and western themed OK Corral.
